ThoughtWorks Brazil is at the forefront of a revolution in delighting customers and changing the way the market thinks about IT.

We have quickly reached the mark of 100 employees in our office in Porto Alegre and are now opening a new delivery center in Recife, but we want more — we want to storm the gates of the old ways of delivering software and free our clients’ horizons, all the while keeping our minds on how to change the world for the better.

To do this, we want you.

If you are passionate about technology, if you like to tackle big problems and complex situation and deliver better software to better people against all odds, you should keep reading this.

What we’re looking for is people who can bring different ideas to the table, people who won’t take no for an answer when it comes to revolutionizing IT and who don't consider failure an option while creating and being the best — whether it is writing and testing code or helping clients transform their business through the use of Agile Practices.

With that aim, we’re going full bore: we’re traveling to various cities looking for the cream of the crop.
