For 16 years ThoughtWorks has been working to deliver better software to our clients; more business aligned, cost effective, higher quality. Our core value is applying leading-edge technology to solve real business problems and we'd like to share some further insights with you.

ThoughtWorks’ leading innovators have created the "Technology Radar" : a view on advances in software and IT practices that we believe IT leaders should pay attention to. The radar is the distilled insight and experience of over 1500 of the world’s leading, skilled technologists. It is broken up into four quadrants that reflect our current opinion on emerging technology. These quadrants are techniques, tools, languages, and platforms.

At this briefing, ThoughtWorks luminaries Nick Hines and Ian Cartwright explored our most recent Technology Radar. They discussed latest techniques like continuous deployment approaches, NoSQL databases, how best to use the cloud, and language options in a polyglot world.
