Knowledge transfer is embedded into our approach, rotating co-sourced pairs ensures continuous learning; everyone on the project has skills and experiences to share. Frequently, we will set up formal or informal learning sessions, covering technologies and topics relevant to the project. These won't just be run by bringing in one of our other experts; our aim is to create a culture of learning, so we will also be encouraging and supporting the growth of the experts on your team.
