Sudhir Tiwari , Managing Director, India

Sudhir Tiwari is responsible for the company's India operations, business strategy, software delivery excellence, customer relationships and balancing sustainable growth & employee needs.

Sudhir has rich project management expertise in team and project design, software development, and client deployment. He has a strong background in financial software product development and systems integration with more than 15 years of experience. He also has wide experience in a variety of development methodologies and has played roles of a Technical Lead, Agile Coach among others.

Before joining ThoughtWorks, Sudhir worked at i-flex solutions (now Oracle Financial Services Software). During his 10 year stint there, Sudhir worked on multiple products. He played key roles in the conceptualization / development of multiple products and managing the development and implementations of the same. He was part of the initial teams which developed i-flex's flagship product FLEXCUBE. Sudhir received his Bachelor of Technology degree, in the field of Chemical Engineering, from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli.
