Jeff Gray, Canada Managing Director
Jeff Gray is managing director of ThoughtWorks Canada, responsible for delivery, sales, people development, and operations. Jeff joined ThoughtWorks in 1999 as a consultant.
He was a member of ThoughtWorks' first Agile team, and served as a project manager, software developer, and QA analyst in his time in professional services, where he led some of ThoughtWorks' largest delivery programs in the US, UK, and India. Jeff later served ThoughtWorks as head of strategic change, responsible for evolving the firm's global strategic direction and managing its strategic investments in capabilities, service offerings, and internal processes. Concurrently with his responsibilities in Canada, Jeff is regional director of ThoughtWorks' US west coast practice.
Jeff's competencies include solution architecture, Agile software development and management, strategic planning, and organisational change. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Summa Cum Laude from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
