The seminar was organized by Savile House and introduced a range of topics, from giving an Agile 101 to building the Agile business case. Speakers provided a more detailed look at Agile approaches to project and portfolio management.
Over the course of the day, sessions not only covered what Agile is, but also clarified what it isn’t, with speakers taking on some of the myths surrounding Agile.

The seminar explored the application of Systems Thinking at the BBC, and the broader use of Lean techniques outside of software development.
