Mike Allen, Senior Project Manager, MLC
Mike is a Senior Project Manager, currently working for MLC here in Perth. With over 20 years experience in software development, Mike has been leading Agile Teams since 2004. Mike's first exposure to Agile was at a major UK retailer where Thoughtworks delivered a new point-of-sale system. Since arriving in Perth in 2006, Mike has introduced Agile at a number of organisations, with teams varying from just a couple of developers, to a major programme of work with a team of over 50 developers, testers and analysts.
